Why use alternative assets?

Australia has seen a pivotal shift to private market investments as investors who are looking for growth and income move to diversify their investment portfolio.

Alternative assets are protected from market volatility, currency fluctuations and inflation. They can reduce overall risk and maximize value over the longer term, helping investors achieve stability in their investment portfolio.

Private Equity

Involves investing in companies that are not publicly traded. iPartners typically focusses on businesses with earnings and a clear pathway to positive cash flow and a defined exit. The typical goal in Private Equity investing is to realise capital growth by buying stakes in private businesses at an attractive valuation and selling at a profit after a period of anticipated growth.

Real Estate

Consist of office, industrial, housing, hotel or retail. Property can be both debt and equity. Each type of property investment differs. The sector has provided regular income and steady growth as some investors like owning physical assets.

Frame 344.png

Asset Backed Lending

Asset backed portfolios are typically an exposure to a portfolio of underlying assets where investors benefit from having security over a diversified pool of assets, rather than a single asset, which can reduce the overall risk for investors. iPartners focus on short dated senior secured and largely asset backed loans.
