Edstart
+$165m capital raised by iPartners

Edstart is an innovative consumer financier, committed to providing access to quality education by helping individuals and families to fund their education costs in a sustainable, flexible and low-cost manner, by providing a principal and interest line of credit.

Their lending product is only available to high credit quality customers with children already attending non-government schools. Typically, Edstart customers are dual-income homeowners with combined income of greater than $150,000 p.a. who are assessed as creditworthy by Edstart's proprietary credit model.

Edstart lends its own capital and sources wholesale funding from banks and institutional investors.  iPartners has supported the growth of Edstart by providing debt funding over multiple years.

OMM
+$250m capital raised by iPartners

With a multi-product, cloud-based platform OurMoneyMarket (OMM) is one of Australia's fastest growing FinTech businesses. OMM’s loan books present market leading credit losses amongst the Australian consumer finance market. iPartners has consistently supported OMM’s growth, providing over $230m of funding over the last 5 years. In addition to iPartners as a financier, OMM has secured numerous funding facilities amounting to over ~$600m from some of Australia’s largest banks & institutional credit funds. This includes the company’s inaugural public term securitisation with CBA and ING that was completed in June 2024 with a size of ~$250m.

Ottley
+$240m capital raised by iPartners

Ottley Capital is an Australian finance company, which provides trade finance in the agricultural industry - for farmers and producers to purchase and sell livestock. They have a livestock trading facility and platform to support the high standard of service offered by Australia’s leading livestock agents. The platform eliminates manual processes and provides agency partners with automation and capital to scale their businesses.

Ottley Capital's unique position is its transactional relationship with the livestock agent (not the producer), where the underlying transaction exposure rests with the livestock agent on a trade by trade basis. This arrangement sees the agent linked to the transaction financially to help ensure transaction quality.

iPartners’ investors have participated in the Mezzanine tranche of an institutional warehouse for Ottley Capital. The assets of the iPartners Sub-Trust are applied to purchase Notes issued by the warehouse which Ottley sells eligible livestock loans into.  Ottley Capital Livestock Pty Ltd utilises the Warehouse to finance a diverse portfolio of livestock through their trade finance product that allows stock agents to facilitate the livestock trading requirements of their producers.

The investment benefits from subordination provided by Ottley’s own capital to ensure a strong alignment of interest for iPartners investors.
